In winter you will find 130 km of perfectly maintained pistes waiting for you, as well as 53 comfortable lift facilities and several terrain parks and fun slopes. The Alta Badia ski resort also gives access to the Dolomiti Superski, the world’s largest ski circuit, and to a number of interesting ski tours including the Sellaronda – an internationally renowned circular tour around the Sella massif
- In summer, the area surrounding La Villa is a land of plenty for hikers and cyclists of all kinds, from mountain bike enthusiasts to E-bikers. Other attractions include the Movimënt recreational parks (Piz La lla and Piz Sorega) and numerous events, like the Maratona dles Dolomites bike marathon
A short history of Hotel Savoy
When it first opened in 1962, our hotel was called Dependance Savoy. It was not long before it became a popular holiday destination – no doubt thanks to its excellent position right in the heart of the Alta Badia mountains. The first expansion works started as early as 1968: the name was changed into Hotel Savoy to reflect the increased number of beds and amenities. Renovation works continued on and off until 2000, when our hotel was once again expanded and provided with a wellness centre and an indoor pool. All the rooms and suites were refurbished and modernised again in 2010, while the underground car park and new garden were added to the hotel’s facilities in 2019.
